The AP preseason poll was released today and Kentucky is ranked 2nd only behind Michigan St. This makes for a big game come November 5th in the Champions Classic.

1. Michigan St.
2. Kentucky
3. Kansas
4. Duke
5. Louisville

Florida (6), UNC (9), Virginia (11), LSU (22), Auburn (24)
