57th District Tie Breaker Situation (If Needed)
#1
If there is a Three-Way tie for the #1 Seed, the first tie breaker is head to head wins. If JC beats MC Feb. 2nd, JC, SC, MC would have all split home and home games. In that case the district seeding plan in the 57th District calls for a random act of chance and they would put three ping pong balls in a container with a 1, 2, and 3 on them. Then a draw would then occur.

But if Magoffin County wins against JC though, this won't matter. If MC wins then they get the one seed and Paintsville is the 4 seed. If JC wins and then beats Paintsville to close out district play then the three way tie as mentioned above would take place.

If the Ping-Pong ball tie-breaker method happens, we need to get Bob Barker to come in and do the drawing.... like on the 'Price is Right' game, 3 Strikes

As much talent as the 57th has its a shame that it would go to a draw. That is something that should be the last option. Why do they not look at points scored or scored against after head to head?

I have no idea who is/was on the the tie-breaker criteria committee.... or even how long it's been like that.

Points scored vs. District opponents.
Least amount of points scored against District opponents.

There is a great number of criteria that could be used besides a Ping Pong ball draw.
