This comes from an earlier thread where someone said that PCC would atleast be in 2nd or 3rd year in year out. I simply do not agree. The district PCC is in right now is very similar to what they would move too. Hazard and Paintsville had a down year last year, but year in year out Hazard and Paintsville would beat PCC. I think that PCC would have a tough competition with South Floyd trying to make the 4th spot.

This thread is hypothetical, and will possibly never be proven. So really this is an argument waiting to happen and I'm goin to go ahead and close it before everyone starts.
