It has been reported in the news that some liberals in Southern Arizona are looking into forming a separate state to avoid the conservative leadership in Arizona.

It can't possibly work because there would be no one in the new setup paying taxes to support those seeking entitlements. Of course, I suppose they could succeed from the union and seek foreign aid from the federal government.
