Pat Knight has lived off of his dad's coat tail for so long and when it came to nut cutting time, he could not get it done..

The General resigned from his job midseason just so Pat would be guaranteed this job.
2 years later they fall off the face of the planet.....
they had no choice but to let him go.

They needed rid of him if they ever wanted to matter in the basketball world. I think I seen earlier in his years as head coach they went 12-36 in conference play. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong I am not really sure if I'm correct.

Billy G will make a comeback. I have always felt that he was a good coach. It was all the problems off the court that kept him from winning.
