Shelby Valley leading 2A in Rushing
#1
Shelby Valley leads the state with 423 Rushing yards a game, per KHSAA

Dillion Hughes is #2
Bj Roberts is #3

BJ is also the Scoring leader for the state with 24 points a game.

As a team Valley is also top 5 in several other areas.

I know their SOS isnt the greatest thus far this season, and probably will be more of the same against KNott this week, but its always good to see where you stack up.

I would also like the throw out that Micheal Burchett is leading the state in passing, and has faced 2 top 5 teams in 3A, which is probably the most impressive thing i noticed.

Overall rushing, all divisions. Not bad for some of the mountain boys. Congrats.

IMO Michael Burchett is the most impressive player I have seen so far early on this season. He looks mature beyond his years. He is literally playing pitch and catch it seems like.
