Can anyone tell me what goes on at these "junior day" events? I've always heard about them- but never really knew what they were.

At Junior Days you are given a tour of the facilities, introduced to the coaches, told about the football program and introduced to players. The NCAA rules about academics and recruiting are explained. It is usually the same format (with slight variations) at every school. It also shows that the player is still interested in being recruited for that particular school.

As for my earlier post channing did go to it and i think he attended the UK one as well.
