Trouble for the Florida Defense
#1
One of two returning starters from last years National Championship team was arrested this morning. Senior defensive safety, Joiner, was charged with felony burglary after attempting to take his girlfriends car from an impound lot. No word on any suspension or if the charges will be pursued.

Seems like a misunderstanding. He didn't seem to think he was doing anything wrong, and he had an agreement with someone that he could have gotten it out and he intended to pay later.

Even the owner of the Towing Co. said it wasn't a big deal.

He won't miss any playing time in my opinion, this will all be worked out sooner than later.

That's what the tv said about the mis-understanding. Then again you have to look at the OJ case going on right now. The guy said it was just a mis-understanding and wouldn't file charges but sure enough he did. It may have came one heart attack later, but still. Then you have to look at the Rutger's situation again. After accepting the Don Imus apology they said that was that, but sure enough one of the girls wanted to pursue her own case. It's hard telling from what people say compared to what people do.
