Sources: Birch plans on Raptors after Magic exit

Center Khem Birch, who is averaging 5.3 points and 5.1 rebounds in 19.8 minutes per game for the Magic this season, has been waived by the Magic and plans on signing with the Raptors, sources told ESPN.
