I actually 'lived' (stayed with a friend for work) in Spencer County for a few months.

A place called Elk Creek..... I drove down to their high school a few times
This was in 2007........ has Spencer County upgraded their facilities since then?

I think this one will be a shoot out. I think shelbys speed might contain some of Spencer's big plays
