i honestly dont think prestonsburg is anywhere on this list. pikevile beat them and they arent on the list at all. you can drop off sc and p-bug, and add pikeville on to mine.

Ashland has beaten Russell, Belfry, and Prestonsburg, so I wouldn't place all 3 of them above Ashland.

I'll go with:
1. Johnson Central
2. Rockcastle County
3. Ashland
4. Belfry
5. Russell
6. Bell County

I don't really know enough about any of the teams underneath here to really rank them well. But some notables would be: Middlesboro, Prestonsburg, Sheldon Clark, Raceland, North Laurel, and Clay County.
