Bellevue @ Ludlow 10/18
#1
Here is some very interesting info for this game.

This Friday, October 18th will be the 97th game played between the two schools.
The first game played was 1925 with Bellevue winning 13-0.
The two schools have played continuously since 1935 (79 straight years) This is the 89th game in a row due to the fact of some years' playing more than once.
In the early 1930's, Bellevue and Ludlow were members of the Little "5" (along with Dayton, Highlands, and Lloyd) In 1935 Crescent Springs (now Dixie) was added and the league became known as the Little "6". In 1940 with the addition of Beechwood, Simon Kenton and Campbell County the league changed its name to the Northern Kentucky Athletic Conference (NKAC) John Schaar of Bellevue was the executive secretary of the Little "5" and Little"6" and served in the same position in the NKAC until his death in 1962. He was fondly known as "Mr. NKAC". Bob Miller served as executive secretary from 1965 until the mid 1990's. Miller played for and coached with Mr. Schaar at Bellevue.
Longest winning streaks- Bellevue 16 (1943-1958) Ludlow 6 (1985-1987
Tigers have won the last 6 games.

Bellevue Rolls as if a Sutkamp was suited up....only difference is, they hardly run the ball now and the nearest PLAYING Sutkamp is in Newport.
