Lincoln County Middle School Eagles will be great once again! 8th grade team has only lost 3 games in the last two years. Two against Meece Middle School last year (also beat them once) and lost in the final four at the state tournament at KBA. Look for the 6th and 7th grade teams to do well also.

Players to watch: (and these are true 8th graders!)
Carl Lewis Cummins, G
Luke Hill, C/F - about 6'2" as of last week when I saw him
Chris Luster - C - a beast and about 6'

Others:
Dustin Burchfield, 8th grade
Brent Ruckel, 7th
Trevor Gaines, 7th
Cody Cornelius, 7th

The future looks very bright for Lincoln County High School!Wink

I believe that they are referring to the Boys'......But I believe that Wesley Christian Academy and Betsy Layne should be some top contenders this season.
