Our nation is faced with a choice between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. But, on a deeper level, it is a choice between democracy and fascism.

Donald Trump reveals his character every time he opens his mouth.  He needs no other character assassins besides himself.  Why sacrifice you own character for voting for this criminal and rapist, BGR ? Vote third party , if you like, but a vote for a malignant narcissist, sexual assaulter, and convicted felon, many times over, is unquestionably, a scathing indictment of your own present state of mind. I refuse to believe America will allow this criminal, who is as far from a Reagan conservative as I am, anywhere near the Oval Office again.

Be on the right side of history, my fellow Bluegrass Rivals.  Join our coalition of odd bedfellows, ---Old School, Liz Cheney, and his own former chief of staff, John Kelly, who is warning you that Trump  will rule like a dictator.  It is unfathomable how any well meaning citizen could vote for a man who rapes women , praises dictators like Putin, Kim Jung Un, and Erdogan, and says Hitler "did some good things."  While many of your friends and family members were sick and dying from Covid, the man you are considering voting for was secretly sending Covid test kits to his Russian pal, who has killed millions of his own people. 

Donald Trump wants to be a dictator like his pals, Putin, Kim, and Erdogan. Listen to his own Vice President, Mike Pence, who refuses to support him. Mike Pence, who Jan 6 insurrectionists wanted to hang, was all that stood in the way of legitimate election results failing to be certified. Trump sit back and  smiled at his handiwork on 1/6/21, as democracy hung  in the balance. Are you going to stand for this criminal , whose supporters committed violent acts on Capitol police and sh!t on the walls  of your Capitol, to finish his task of putting an end to the democratic ideals established by the Founding Fathers, some 237 years ago.

Vote for Kamala, not because you love everything she stands for. Liz Cheney certainly doesn't. But vote for Kamala because you love what this country stands for--- freedom, liberty, democracy, peaceful transfer of power, freedom of the press, freedom of speech and religion. All of these American ideals are in peril if the sociopathic  rapist and wannabe strongman is elected again. Those safeguards that held fascism at bay in 2021 have been weakened or removed. The infrastructure is in place , now, to allow Trump and his democracy-hating sycophants to run amok. Pence, who MAGA wanted to hang on 1/6, has been replaced by Trump sycophant, JD Vance.  Pelosi, who MAGA wanted to murder on 1/6, has been replaced by Trump sycophant, Mike Johnson.

All the people you mentioned have courage and a moral center that won't allow them to stand on the sidelines no matter the potential backlash they face from Trump and his Maga Cult.
 
Trump has come come out and stated that he will prosecute the people who are his political enemies.  Why this does not turn voters with any kind of moral compass against him is beyond my comprehension.  He behaves the complete opposite of  Christian beliefs, but that doesn't seem to matter either.

Cult mentality is a real and grave threat to democracy. If Trump murdered his wife or raped his daughter, most of the same people who plan on voting for him now would still vote for him then. It wouldn't matter. He secretly sent Covid tests to Putin while Americans(one of them , my friend, Robert) were dying. He has been found civilly liable for raping a woman. Does it matter to the people here who are voting for him? NO! He could commit even worse atrocities and it still wouldn't matter.

Trump has come come out and stated that he will prosecute the people who are his political enemies.  Why this does not turn voters with any kind of moral compass against him is beyond my comprehension.  He behaves the complete opposite of  Christian beliefs, but that doesn't seem to matter either.

Cult mentality is a real and grave threat to democracy. If Trump murdered his wife or raped his daughter, most of the same people who plan on voting for him now would still vote for him then. It wouldn't matter. He secretly sent Covid tests to Putin while Americans(one of them , my friend, Robert) were dying. He has been found civilly liable for raping a woman. Does it matter to the people here who are voting for him? NO! He could commit even worse atrocities and it still wouldn't matter.

Sad but true.  If he gets elected, then I'm afraid that our Country will get what we deserve...

The Trump is Hitler campaign is failing miserably. The contrast between Trump speaking to a packed Madison Square Garden tonight with no teleprompter and his 3 hour interview with Joe Rogan versus any Kamala Harris appearance is shocking. I saw her speech a couple of weeks ago when her teleprompter malfunctioned for a couple of minutes, and she absolutely had no idea what to do. She started repeating, 32 days left, only 32 days left.... If the prospect of electing a president who cannot conduct a non-scripted conversation or interview does not scare you, then it should.

I have followed some bad campaigns during my lifetime, including those by Michael Dukakis and Walter Mondale, but the difference was that Dukakis and Mondale were smart men who ran bad campaigns against strong opponents. Kamala Harris makes Hillary Clinton look like a towering intellect and Hillary is not a particularly smart woman.

Hillary Clinton graduated first in her Yale Law School class, so she did well to not be very smart.   You show a lot of bias and kind of lose a lot of credibility when making statements like these.

I didn't like Bill Clinton either and I believe that he deserved to be impeached and convicted for perjury. Whether I personally like a politician or not, I try to give credit where it is due. Bill Clinton and Obama had some strong points.

I am still looking for any strengths in Biden, Hillary, and Kamala. The country would be a better place today if those three had chosen different careers.

Bill Clinton's campaigning this year has helped Trump more than it has helped Kamala. I suspect that may have been his plan. I'm not sure whether Joe Biden is undermining Kamala's campaign, or if he just can't help himself.
