LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police say they made an unusual arrest for trespassing early Sunday morning after they say two men parachuted from the top of a downtown skyscraper.
Police say they received a call just after 3am about two men on top of the 15-story First National Building on West Main Street. Police say they were on the scene and watched as two men jumped from the top of the building and parachuted across the street to land on the Centrepointe lawn.
The men have been identified as Joshua McCluskey, 31 and David Kaiser, 32. Both were charged with criminal trespassing.

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

They were charged with criminal trespassing, so my question is....if one of them owned that building, would it still have been a crime?
