I say the two best aau teams in nky are..NKY Tarheels and NKY Legends Elite for 8th grade boys.

Legends Elite could beat the magic anyday!also the shining stars.the shining stars only beat the legends real bad once.then played them twice in the tournament,won by five both times.the legends didnt even have there big man jaiden.i say Legends elite is best in nky.followed by shining stars.

Didn't the Nky Tarheels finish pretty high at nationals last year? If so wouldn't they have to be considered the top team in N. Ky?

Why would you think the Tarheels are not together anymore. Core group have been together since the 2nd and 3rd grade. Tarheels are the top group in the NKY area.

Will most of these N Ky teams compete at the aau state? And if so will most of them be Divison 1 or 2 teams? I know the auu state seems to be getting fewer and fewer teams each year in the 7th and 8th grade divisions and didn't know what all teams from around the state would compete in the 8th grade Kentucky aau Divison 1 state.

After the sweet 16 the Tarheels will be back together. All these kids do their own thing in the winter time.
