Anyone experienced any problems with FedEx shipping recently?
I had to purchase some medical items and placed my order very early this past Monday morning. Finally received a tracking # from the store on Wednesday saying that the items had been shipped on 10/31 with an estimated delivery of 11/3. The very next day the tracking page at FedEx said this exact same information.
Later that night, the tracking information updated saying the package had moved to two different hubs and is currently in North Salt Lake, Utah with an updated expected delivery date of 11/6. It has not updated any information for over 48 hours now. I don't know if my package is still sitting in Salt Lake City or if FedEx simply hasn't updated the tracking system. I'm hoping it's the latter and not that FedEx is just letting my package sit around for 2 days, not doing anything with it.
Has anyone else run into any problems with FedEx lately and/or could their tracking system be down due to Sandy?
