Pikeville 75 -- Betsy Layne 65 -- All A First Round
#1
WOW....yes this is the correct score!!! the Panthers got hot at about the beginning of the second quarter after falling behind by 12 or so....but they started dropping the threes......Tim Honaker, Chad Walls, and Jacob Sword all had at least 4 threes!!!!

They played hard tonight....still need a little work on the press but they were looking better than last time out against Valley Big Grin

Big win for Pikeville, tough loss for BL, Coach Rose will have the boys back up in no time though, i'm sure. Who was the big leader for pikeville?
#7
I'm not sure but I know that the guys that were draining the thress had to be top scorers for the Panthers.....Walls, Sword, and Tim Honaker

YES!!!!!!!! We finally won one. Good win for the Panthers and with all the injuries for Paintsville, Pikeville has a legitimate chance to make it to the finals. Where if they made it, they would more than likely have to play Valley...........

Yes, this is a BIG win for the Panthers... they really are NOT a bad team... maybe this is what they need to get them over the hump.
