Johnson Central @ Breathitt Co. 9/25
#61
Goodluck to both teams.
#62
Both teams need this win to possibly turn their seasons around.

JC 35
BC 14
#63
JC-12
Breathitt-7

At least 3 turnovers for both teams, sloppy game. Breathitt has a few above average players and one superstar. JC is more solid @ every position. Thus I am giving the win to the eagles.

When in doubt, I go with the school I know the most about: Johnson Central.

Breathitt has the better skill players but Johnson Central has a pretty big line from what I have heard.
#66
Eagles by a touchdown.

Will be crushing for someone. Maybe season could be gone. I know what could happen playoff time, but one big thing that both of these teams have heard is how good they are going to be this year. When one of these teams will have only one win almost mid season, might not can recover. Best of luck to both and I hope I am wrong.

jdnoble18 Wrote:I wonder how much of Trent @ QB we will see this week? He got in for a few plays last week and 1 TD to Watkins at the end of the game. Sounded like he was managing the game well for the short time he was in.

I also heard that Channing got it from the wildcat formation a few times, I think this was at the end of the half. I wonder how much we will see this happen?

Basically how long will Haddix spend under center and how much will he be elsewhere?

Whats everyone think?

I'd love to see em run the wildcat with Trent;Channing;and Jade.

If they do not address the defense, they will have to score 50+ points to win. Go Bobcats.

breathitt is goin to get blowed out of their gourds friday night....they are going to have to find a quarterback that can hang on to the football....if their qb runs it he fumbles...if he throws its an int.....the only thing he can do really good is hand off the football....any one can do that
#73
Both of these teams have not had the best of starts that they expected. I would say this game will be determined on the line of scrimmage. JC should come out on top.
#74
I think Fugate will go off and i think BC will get a well needed win

Massay prediction: Jc 32-23

Yes he did, you know like last week. The correct expression for a 63 to 21 loss against a class a football team, a good one, but still class a.

They won't be the only team on the field Friday night with a QB prone to put it on the ground. If either team can limit turnovers, that team will win this game. This one will be about who makes the fewest mistakes.

If it comes down to the batlle of the turnovers I think JC will be in trouble.

I will say Johnson Central keeps the ball rolling and wins 42-28 it could go either way depends on if Breathitt decides to play as a team or let DUH DUH DUH Super Fugate run the whole show

This is a huge game for both programs. Both teams need the win for confidence builders.

i'm going with central....

This should be a good game...
I don't believe that you will find a game this week where the players will be playing with as much heart as these kids will...
Good Luck to both teams...Leave it all on the field...

I think you'll see a whole lot more heart in Inez this week, that's why I'll be there instead of in Jackson.

Haven't seen Breathitt play. So, by what I've read on here I would have to take JC.

Are we a fair weather Fan now? These boys have it in them, I just want to see them let it out. I think they step up to the challenge this week!!!

JC by 14 cause they are learning how to hold onto the football

I wouldn't call it being fair weathered, I would say I am being realistic. If Breathitt turns it around there wouldn't be anyone in Breathitt as happy as I would be but I just don't see it happening. I think Breathitt will show more heart but I just don't think they have the talent on the line to compete with the elite programs. As I have said before I hope the Bobcats prove me wrong.

After disappointing loses against Sheldon Clark, Prestonsburg, PCC, and LCA Breathitt County will finally regain their momentum to carry them throughout the rest of the season. I really believe that Breathitt has what it takes to win. It is so easy to place blame here and there, but that is uncalled for. I know the team is disgusted with themselves from watching the films on Mondays. They see what they are doing wrong and this will be the week they correct it. I do feel that Holcomb does need to change things up a bit. Other teams and the crowds knows exactly what he is going to do. The Trent kid did look good against LCA, that could be an option, Haddix is a **** of a receiver as well as a QB. Channing is a great RB no doubt, But with him signing with TN, did put him in the limelight and every team wants to shut him down. I have the upmost faith that Holcomb will figure things out. I heard the Allex kid finally got clearance from the Doctors. He is a big asset to the team. McKnight should be in good form this Friday also. He has had a sore ankle for the last several weeks. I don't have to say good luck Bobcats because this will be the week they come into their own.
