You said it...I wonder how a school that is as good as they are in football can be this bad in basketball. I guess athletes have to specialize in a sport these days as the real basketball players play year round and the real football players play and lift year round. Perhaps that is the answer. I hope they get better. At least the distant future looks bright with the 7th grader Skaggs getting good experience.

Just because a kid is athletic doesn't make him a basketball player. Fairview is young but much more experienced in playing basketball. They will be a factor in the 16th region. Nobody will stay with Elliott County though.
