Both teams come out playing a great 1st quarter!! 
#35 set the tone for Clay county coming out as mad as he did!! All it did was fire the Bulldogs up!! Lawrence county had 21 points at the last 5 minutes of the 1st half fall into their lap!! Then at the end of the 3rd quarter the bulldogs put a running clock on Clay County!! 
On to the Bobcats!!

Clay wasn't bad for a 4 seed either. They had the potential to keep it closer. Lc has been playing really good football the past 2 games tho

As most expected, Clay gets thumped in the playoffs again. Offense beats weak 1A(and some 2A) teams but does nothing for you come playoff time. Need to construct a defense or nothing will ever change.

He was screaming and getting in sideline players face the whole time. Trying to keep his team pumped up i believe. Coming out of half i think their coach just told them to rip people's heads off. Because things got sketchy for the whole 3rd

The play by #35 is what I consider just passionate, aggressive football and nothing out of the way. He was playing with energy and passion and that’s what you want to see. As for the game, close game in first quarter and then the Bulldogs opened it up in the second quarter after a touchdown then a pick six. They carried that momentum into the second half with another interception which then led to another touchdown and an eventual running clock. Bulldogs are beginning to play their best ball of the season on both sides.

Good news for the Tigers getting star players in the portal . Bringing back former stars sons is a good sign. Terrible for Knox Central.
