Pikeville vs. Pineville 11/8
#1
Who wins?

Pikeville with a running clock.

So is Justice out for the rest of the season? I saw he was the player who went down in the  Boyd game?
#2
Idk if I’ve ever seen a team hit with injuries as hard as Pikeville has this season

The mountain lions will travel to pike county and pull off the miracle. They will come prepared, mentally and physically, and fight til the last whistle. Nobody will stop their fight i can tell you that. And when the final horn blows, they will look up on the scoreboard, and see that they did in fact… score 1 time.

They may hang a banner for doing so, as that is the only chance at moral victory they have. It’s a shame on the administration that barely has the money for athletics as it is that they didn’t forfeit this game 2 weeks ago. I’m curious for all those pikeville people, does your scoreboard go up to triple digits??

Pikeville - the number of possessions multiplied by 7 or maybe even 8
Pineville - 6

Forfeit? Man that would look bad on a program. Good thing that this sport teaches you is even when your clearly outmatched your still go into that game and compete to the best of your ability. I’d hate to see any program forfeit especially a playoff game.

If everyone didn’t automatically make the playoffs, I’d agree with you. But a team that has no chance of winning; entering the game with a 1-8 record; and will spend a ton of money on buses, drivers, feeding their kids….. FORFEIT is the ONLY correct answer.

so does pikevilles original offensive coordinator take the reigns back after he missed one week "sick" and they scored almost 50 or are they comin to their senses over there???

Just an FYI, Pikeville may have a “named” offensive coordinator but he is not the only coach calling plays and ultimately coach McNamee always has the final say on the head set what is ran.  It may be one man show with most teams, but with Pikeville it’s always a group coaching effort.  I can assure you that much.

A nice Pikeville win, but I was impressed with Pineville jersey #3. Small player with a ton of heart who obviously never learned the word quit. Sometimes, he'd get up slowly after a hard hit and one would think he might be injured, then he'd be running hard once again.
