Walton-Verona at Breathitt County. Thoughts?
#2
Bobcats win, 35-14.

Walton Verona seems hot right now. Starting 1-5 and finishing the season on a 4 game win streak to finish at 5-5. I believe Breathitt wins, but it wouldn’t shock me if they lost.

If Bobcats take care of ball and keep playing defense like they have for last 3 weeks. The Bobcats could win Big. I think they will. Seem be hitting there stride. Team playing with a lot confidence.

After watching the Pburg- Breathitt game I'm shocked by the disparity between the two eastern regions in 2A. Breathitt is the 3rd, maybe 4th best team in region 3, depending on how you rank them against Bracken with their much weaker SOS, but Breathitt probably beats everybody else in region 4 as handily as they beat Pburg. Breathitt county is a very well coached and very talented football team. It's a shame that they will have to travel to Fort Mitchell next weekend to meet up with that juggernaut.

Bobcats by a landslide
Defense is on a tear right now
Have a chance to make a deep run
If we keep healthy

Next week will be the same
Barring no injuries
#7
You are predicting a landslide victory over Beechwood? WOW! That’s some confidence!
#8
If we stay healthy we have the firepower
To make a lot of noise
And end of the day if we don’t believe
Who will?

Beechwood is loaded for sure
But defensively we are playing well
And I think we matchup good inside and backers

As long as you consider a deep run getting a running clock put on you in the second round, I think I agree with you.

We see about that. I would give anything to play Somerset again . If for some miracle reason we do it be totally, I mean totally different game. Breathitt will far better vs Beechwood than a lot people think. Maybot beat them but it be a good game. Breathitt as lot more room grow. Them young cats have grown up a lot.

I swear, I believe I've heard you say that 3 times in a row now....after you've been beaten by Somerset.  It would always be different if you played them at a different time. Same old, same old.  You can have the district back next season I suppose, since Somerset has been moved west.
Congrats on the big win vs. Walton Verona, and being able to finish at .500 again with a young team.
