I'm gonna go with Harlan Co in this one. Hazard seems to be a shell of itself. Harlan Co 28 Hazard 21

Hoping after all the turnovers last week and finally putting one in the endzone will get the offense going. Defense was on the field a lot. 2nd half though Hazard didn’t give up any points and got stops they needed but couldn’t get out it’s own way. Counting the scrimmage this will be the 3rd week Hazard will face a tough hard nosed running team. Harlan County had a big line last season so I expect it not to change. Will have to watch some video on them.

If not for the loss of jonah swanner, i was taking the bears big in this one and was a hopeful person. But when you build a team around a player and a kid who is such a pillar for everyone around him, and something so tragic happens, it’s hard for everyone to bounce back emotionally. So I’m saying the bears will win but in a low scoring affair, 14-8. The offense for HC was stagnant before the injury, and was lost without swanner on the field outside of an emotional hard nosed run from thomas jordan. But you can’t give him the ball 35 times and expect him to play defense.

I think this will be a close low scoring game. Give me the dawgs by a score. I think tradition and knowing how to win pushes them past the finish line. I think people do not realize how big kids confidence in winning plays in a game.
#10
Harlan county line is massive and I think that creates problems Harlan by 6
#11
I am going with the Harlan County Fightin Granny Bears.

This!!

Confused Confused

Jonah Swanner is one in a million.  I would appreciate prayers for him as starts his healing journey.  Jonah is a magnificent football player, he's a better basketball player but his heart and possibly his collegiate future lay in baseball.  I wish this kid all the luck in the world.  He's such a great kid.

You could talk about anything and jonah was great at it, but just walking up and talking to him is special with his humbleness and politeness. This is a horrible thing for a great person and i hope our communities can get together and make sure this kid continues to succeed in life.

The last game I attended in Hazard, I nearly got arrested. And I didn't do anything except threaten the official's family.

GEEEZZZZ!!

I would love to be there bac, but I don't do well driving at night. Especially with the fogs we are having right now!!
Good luck to the Bulldogs and prayers for an injury free game.

I know one of these days we are gonna get to meet up and one of these ballgames. Good luck to both teams and hopefully no injuries.
