14th Region Scores -- Help ?
#1
Anyone have the scores for Hazard/Piarist and Lee County/June Buchanan?

I'm assuming Hazard and June Buchanan won?
#2
Piarist played in the Scott Blank Classic today so this game with Hazard may have gotten canceled?
#3
Piarist's game against Burgin was recorded on the KHSAA with the stats, so I am assuming the Hazard game was cancelled.

A couple of weeks back Betsy Layne played a boys varsity doubleheader when they played Piarist and Jackson City.

I was surprised to see Hazard had scheduled Piarist.

That is surprising. I don't see the logic behind that.

It was the first time I saw that in boys basketball. Jenkins and Cordia played back to back varsity games when Whitney Creech was a senior.

On January 29th, Ballard split their team up and played two road games on the same night, defeating Portland Christian and Kentucky Country Day.

As for Piarist, it made sense for them to make the most of their trip to Perry County. If I am not mistaken, they are still playing all road games this year. They are having a new gym built, but I dont think its fully ready yet.
