I would put Kentucky above maybe four or five of them.
Arkansas is under rated. No way they are behind Iowa and Kansas
Tennessee is way too high... Tennessee definitely should be behind South Carolina and Arizona
The top is fairly accurate.. Pennsylvania is the only blatant oversight. Pennsylvania probably should be #6.

I do think PA should be in the top 10, but I would not put them any higher than 9, possibly 8.

I think this is pretty accurate. My first thought was that Trinity could beat almost any team from some of the states ranked higher than us. Which I think is true. Kentucky's best team is probably better than the best team from 5-10 states ranked higher than ky. That being said there is a HUGE drop off from there. I don't think any other team in the state could truly compete on a national level. I'm think 35 is fair.

Not buying North Carolina, and Virginia ahead of Alabama.

I'll agree with this.
I think North Carolina has more talent than Alabama... probably Virginia as well... but I think pound for pound Alabama football is better.

I think the top 3 could honestly change depending on the season, but Florida, Texas and California are in a class by themselves when it comes to producing elite talent and a whole lot of it, every single year. But Georgia at #4 and Ohio at #5 is perfect IMHO.
Why exactly is Kansas #27? Does the KCMO metro produce that much talent? Virginia has some good football, but I think #7 is a little too high and I agree with previous posters, Alabama, Arkansas, Pennsylvania and South Carolina should be ranked higher.
