There is 2 women behind me and one at the top of the gym yelling racial slurs and things like go back to Africa and I heard the n word once. People these are kids no matter where they are from. Don't get me wrong it's not all of buckhorn fans there is some really good people from buckhorn and who support buckhorn but to the few, show a little class and don't yell derogatory remarks at kids just playing basketball

My wife worked at Buckhorn for a while and that's a really tight-knit community that rallies behind their team.

You can't let a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.

Honestly, I've heard a couple fools like that at every Perry game I've been to this year. We should all lead by example and rise above racism. Treating people right should always come before winning basketball games.

I agree zaga. If everyone would just watch the Leslie Co fans all would be well. I was so impressed by those folks.

Didn't make it out to either Perry/Leslie games this year, but I've never seen anything out of the way from those folks.

To tell you the truth, I have a hard time sitting with Perry fans at most of the games lol

Unfortunately, I'm sure every school's fanbase probably has a couple people that make the whole group look bad. You just have to overlook the adults who should know better.

There are that kind of fans at every game but I want to say I have no problem with fans getting rowdy and yelling for their team. The problem is when you start singling out kids for race or any other reason can't be allowed. Our school officials have to nip this in the bud. A teams fans earlier in the year had some racial signs when they played PCC, and I watched the Perry principal confront them, take the signs,tear them up and straight to the garbage. Problem solved

My dad worked around buckhorn a lot and they are great people in buckhorn and they are passionate about there team but this was way beyond yelling for her team. When you start yelling racial slurs and anything about where someone is from then that is pitiful as a so called adult. I was going to film her and record her but when I got my phone out and tried she would quit. But anyway, these are high school kids playing a game representing their schools and there isn't any place for that.
