Great game to watch...both teams played hard! I knew north was a solid team but I got to tip my hat to the scrappy Jackson co. boys..they came into north I'm sure a big underdog and played them to the wire the whole game ......North is a top 2 or 3 team in region to me and I'm going say the generals are possibly top 5 and better not be overlooked cause they are very capable of beating anyone.....go 13th region

Right now I wouldn't bet a dime in the 13th region. But I am a 14th region man. Loved to find somebody to bet in the wymt tournament. I will be calling all bets on Knott county central to win. :truestory: Christmas broke me.

I know broughton had 28 and Jeffers kid dropped 24 and was definitely the game changer for north......Hammons dropped 32 and lawson had 20 for the generals.....again I say a very fun game to watch ...goid job to both teams and coaches !!!

Everybody thinks JC is week because they lost some good players but I know for a fact they have put the time in the gym and with AAU. It would not BE wise to over look this team

I agree ...I have watched the generals play 4 games this season and I can say they can shoot the ball and are very hard working group of boys.....they always play till the end....go 13th region

Heard some talk about collier today......my opinion if he's with north they are the best team in the region but I also believe after watching the generals play ..if collier had stayed with them they would be competing for a trip to rupp....

I don't if I think that is true either way. North has ALOT of potential but they are not in the top tier of this region right now. Don't mean they won't get there. And I think JC is somewhere in th 6-8 range. They haven't beat anyone outside of Johnson Central and that win doesn't look impressive now as they have been hit hard by injuries.

Broughton had a big first half and was quiet in the second half, Jeffers was the man that won the game for North Laurel. He dominated the game in the 2nd half, hit several long range 3's and took the ball to the basket when needed. I think North has the best team in the region but until Brad starts using his post players the correct way they will continue to struggle. If Collier becomes healthy it will give the Jaguars the boost they need

I thought Collier was ruled ineligible

If I am hearing correctly there will be another ruling on collier tom. He was ruled ineligible the first time. Most are though.

North is one hard nose...can't push me around....good defensive player away from being a good team from what we have seen of them. They do not play good defense at all!

I think North already has the best 5 I have seen, it is not enough to have size and outstanding players. You have to have PRODUCTION. You also have to have something you can't coach HEART

I thought that was on the initial ruling. I thought the appeal was immediate if they won. But I could be wrong 64 I'm not for sure.
