Can't see the difference between what Cordia is doing and some football schools in the state's largest city.

I don't think so. A student athlete lives by different rules than a regular student. They can't accept special treatment like housing and other perks
I'm not saying anyone is right or wrong. I'm just calling it like I see it. Lotts Creek Community School leases that property to Knott County Schools, but they are not a part of the school system. It's just a special situation they've got going on there and the KHSAA will have to adjust their bylaws if they want to shut this activity down.

As if the large private schools have not been treated differently. No boundaries makes it a lot easier.

That's obviously what Cordia and their lawyers think.
Like I said... I'm not saying that I agree or disagree with what is going on.
A student athlete shouldn't accept special treatment - but if the treatment is "special" then you have a gray area that opens up the floodgates for situations like this.

I heard that go ahead and make the refs schedule for the year and put Cordia on it. I dont know who they play in the region outside there district or any other games its November and schedules have been made unless the AD at Knott County caan find them games, Knott Co Central will stroke if Cordia gets to play. Which they should all the other schools around here been recruiting since the 30s and 40s It would be wild if they beat Knott County out of the region this year. Region at Powell County anythings possible.

I'm a KCC fan and I don't care if Cordia plays or not. I'm pretty sure KCC isn't afraid to play them. If Cordia was to actually beat them for once then that's life, things happen. You move on and play the next game. I'm just ready for the season to begin. I always want my team to win, but if they lose I'm fine with that. It's just a game, it isn't life or death.
