[Granny Bear]

Okay, there have been quite a few new summer mini-series this year. I think that the schedule has been one of the best I've ever seen.

So, what's your favorites this year? Mine....

The Last Ship
I really like this one. AND the captain isn't bad on your eyes, either!

Salem
This is a little dark, but the scripting and casting have been brilliant.

Under The Dome
It's back for the second season. I followed the first well because I had read the book, but now I have no clue as to where the story line is going. Stephen King is writing this as the show progresses. Sometimes, I think it's really really good, and other times I think it's stupid.

Revolution
Best show in the history of TV to have been cancelled!!

Falling Skies
I really tried to get into this show. Spielburg is producer, and I love his work. But for some reason, I just never could get "in" to the theme.

Homeland
This was wonderful for the first season. Second season, not so much. Looking forward to this season, and hopefully, some good changes.

Scandal
My all time favorite!!! Thank you mrskully!!

Black Box
This is so complex, and I have enjoyed it almost as much as Scandal.

Sorry to see Revolution end as well. We were getting into it. Watched under the dome last night and am just not feeling it.

Disappointed to hear about Homeland Season 3 being a bust. We watched seasons 1 & 2 on netflix over the course of May and some June and really enjoyed it. Once season 3 is on netflix I'm sure we'll knock it out quickly and I'll share thoughts...
