I'm not so sure that it is shocking. I think a lot of people around Shelbyville knew the Rockets had a great chance to win. They had never beaten Collins but had come close twice already this year and they had to beat them at some point. Plus they have really come on strong at the end of the year and have a pretty solid team. Add home court advantage and it really wasn't a huge upset.

Collins did not play their best tonight, but credit Shelby for playing a great game. They scored 34 points in the 4th quarter alone after scoring just 31 in the first 3 quarters. They couldn't miss in the 2nd half.
