Perry has 2 and Cordia has 7 ruled eligible to participate by the KHSAA. Guess the folks over on Lotts Creek are very happy with this ruling. Good luck to all!!

With people keep saying that more players are coming to Cordia within the next week. I guess Rhodes don't have that much confidence in the players he already recruited so far. What will happen when some of these kids that he recruited to Cordia and promised all this playing time for them. With other players coming he want be able to give them all the playing time that he had promise them. He will not be able to keep them all happy. If that happen how many will go back home or transfer to another school. I guess Rhodes is trying to show the people in Kentucky that Cal is not the only coach that can recruit One and done players in the state.

No where in my post did I mention A name. Sounds like if you know this you may be close to the situation J-B. Remember cordia has 9 or 10 that has to be cleared from what I have been told.

I don't believe Julian Tackett can stay away from the dinner table long enough to rule on that many players in one day.

The 2 kids at Perry are freshman. The KHSAA doesn't have to rule on anything about them.

For real Damon Tobler was suppose to be a Sophmore in Philly??

If we change the name of the coach from Rhodes to Calipari ,transfer to one and done, and the Lion's Den to Coal severance tax den in Lexington I wonder how many likes it would have got and what some of the parents of all the recruits coming to UK would think. JUST A THOUGHT!!!!!!!!

 I'm going to sit back and enjoy the show this year.Cordia came close and has had several good teams in the past.Fell short one year to a very good MC Napier school in the finals with Ritchie,Woods,Stanley and the gang. They were a fun team to watch.Cordia will be very good this year and that's good for the region.Austin Combs was being recruited by several teams in Cordia's own region but..........my bad, other schools don't recruit.

I guess you have always been a bench warmer! LOL. But seriously, any good coach doesn't just think about the coming year. He prepares for the year after too! Just enjoy the excitement of high school basketball in the 14th region for a few years to come!
