Sorry if the list is not 100% accurate. I just thought it would be a fun conversation thread to start.

Not trying to bust you... Use this list, it's the all-time regional champions. Then compare it to the current list of active schools. Thats what I did for schools that have never made a Sweet 16 appearance.

I wouldn't expect to see Brown in my lifetime even in all honesty. And I am only 24. They cannot even compete for wins in that region (understandably) much less a region championship.

You have to apply to the school, very small enrollment, no bus to take you, academic based. All sorts of issues there. Won't happen.

I forgot about Lawrence County & Cooper
#12
Sheldon Clark could as well

Depending on how the recruiting goes and how long Rhodes stays Cordia is in a window of time in which they could win the region.

Letcher Central should also win one at some point. Big school that is putting money into it's athletic programs. I think it is just a matter of time before they get a group of kids coming though that high school that will win a region.

Correct me if I'm wrong; they have a Canadian that did not play this year and the Youngman kid. Do they have other players that sit out this season, or do they have other players coming in? They were 6-23 this year. Just curious.

Just my opinion in the 5th. It will be down next year, the 6'7 Kevin Ndahiro will be the only Senior Division 1 player in the 5th region next year. Thomas Nelson will be the best in the district and will have a good shot at the 5th region.

In additioni to Youngman and Ndahiro, they also have a good sophomore point guard who scored 42 points in 1 game this year and averaged about 15-16. Thomas Nelson didn't have a senior in the school this year and played mostly sophomore, freshman and 8th graders, they will be much improved by strength next year. They will be dangerous in the 5th.

Elizabethtown is hands down the favorite in the 5th next year but outside of them anyone can win it.

Would it not be easier just to say what the errors are than give me a pdf to compare for myself since you know the inaccuracies?

Whitley County should surely win the 13th at some point. They are the 3rd biggest school in the region and have plenty of resources.

You been waiting a long time to ask Pulp Fiction about the inaccessible 21 months...But this could be Lawrence County year.

I think with Larry Gritton Jr. as President of the School, Oneida Baptist has a chance to win a Regional in a few years. Oneida Could be a power house with the right connections.

Honestly, if Rhodes stays at Cordia and keeps out of trouble he can get one. Possibly as soon as the year after next.
