So you think Bryan Station will put up more pts than the high powered Cath did?

Bobcats 21 -7

Bryan Station typically reminds me of LOUISVILLE CENTRAL.

I wouldn't think Bryan Station is anything like Central. Bell will put a whipping on them. Bell by four TDs. 35 - 7. Bell will not loose another game until week three of the playoffs. Bell needs to get out of Central's region. I don't know if Bell could beat Belfry or not, but they would atleast have a chance. This Central team is on a different level. I wish Belfry would of beat them in the finals last year. They were so close. I hope Belfry can get them this year, but it will be a long shot.

Bell Co. by 4 TD's

Depends on Bell's ability to hang on to the ball. Bell had a perfect game plan against Cath. but laid it on the ground to much. Should have been a win.
No fumbles = Bell 27

Slippery fingers = Bell 21

A closer game than most think. I will take the home team in this game. Although it very well could go the other way. I have Bryan Station gaining more momentum will a 36-28 victory. Hey they did just beat the 9th ranked team in class 5a to start the season. Bryan Station gets it done and steps into the top ten rankings with its second impressive victory against yet another top ten team to start the season.

Bell Co had 4 fumbles and Cath only put up 21. I still think Bryan Station would be lucky to put up 14 at the most. JMHO

I'm a former all star player & coach for Louisville Central , THEY HAVE ALWAYS REMINDED ME OF CENTRAL ! sorry but they do.

They remind me of Central pre-Scroggins when they had athleticism all over the field but no team chemistry, limited discipline, and a general disregard for defense. Can't really compare them to Central under Scroggins IMO. He has completely changed that culture and has that program working like clockwork. If BS can get the RIGHT coach I have always felt they could become one of the best 6A schools in the State.
As for the game, I think BS has enough weapons to break some long plays on Bell and enough speed to negate some of Bell's. I think Bell will control the LOS and be able to sustain drives. If the Bobcats are able to avoid fumbles I think they take this one.
Bell 28
Bryan Station 20

I agree for the most part. BUT, Bell Co (just like Da Bears) is going to have to play smart and not beat theirselves.

IMO this team reminds me of the 2009 or 2010 Bell Co teams. I look for our special teams to have a great year. We had one kickoff into the endzone against Cath and Polly returned two kickoffs past the 40. I see alot of kickoff returns this year for Bell.

You can never tell what will happen from year to year. Last season hardly anyone, except a very few Hazard fans predicted Hazard to beat Mayfield and look what happened. It wouldn't surprize me to see Bell beat Central in the playoffs. Or Belfry to beat them either. It's not completely out of the question.

It wouldn't surprise me if Central beat both those teams.

Central probably would. Alot of people don't understand how good Central is. :yikes:

Bell,Co not as good as everyone in Middlesboro or Bell,Co thinks it is BS has a lot of speed, Lexington,Catholic no a powerhouse they wont win the state tournament in their class so enjoy I still think BS wins.
08-21-2012, 02:36 PM
Im hoping for a Lexington school, but who am I kidding. Bell Co is pissed off and will take their frustration out on BS.
08-21-2012, 04:50 PM
Is Central good? yes, But unbeatable? definitely not! If Bell County approaches the game with any doubt, you are beaten before the kickoff. Central is definitely one of the better programs in the state, but Bell is nothing to sneeze at. Give your boys some credit, plus I don't know if we are going to see the same caliber team from Central this year as we have in the past few years. They have a lot coming back on defense, but to lose one of the best backs in the state has to hurt you some.
