TIGERS struggle form the line and from behind the arch tonight. Battle back from 16 down at one time. Had a chance with less than a min. left down one. May have lost. BUT, proud of these boys for NOT giving up. Gotta hit the boards. Cole killed us, 21 boards, tonight. Hats off to him. Only the second night with this line up and we had a chance at the end. Keep your heads up TIGERS and keep working hard. The REAL season starts in about 4 weeks! PROUD of you ALL for NOT giving up and battling back!
Now, let's go get Pike Central tomorrow night!

Poor shooting doomed the tigers in this one. But all in all a very good game to watch with a pretty good officiating crew.

Coach ratliff will get these kidds ready for march. Good choice on the lineup change. I thought they looked terrible in the first half and a heck of a lot better in second half!! Hadn't seen them play much. It will work out. Hang n there tiger fans!!

All I can say is that the Tiger's game appears to be drastically changing. Keep up the good work guys and Hook is exactly correct a few more weeks and then:

Heck of a job by Coach Matt Ratliff and his staff in this game. They kept the boys focused and playing hard despite a frigid shooting night. The defensive/offensive switches (with 2, 11 and 22, 23) down the stretch were instrumental in allowing that tremendous comeback. It was also pleasing to see big number 34 out there banging and shooting with that feathery touch of his in the JV game. Having that hoss back in top form for district will be a big help to this squad. Very proud to be a Paintsville Tiger after that showing of fortitude by players and coaches alike. Sometimes the scoreboard doesn't tell the story. As always, Go Tigers!

It may be a matter of output and direction. The chemistry of the whole situation maybe becoming less clouded. When your fans begin to believe then the players do likewise. The great wedge may not be quite so tight.

So was I! Kid stepped back an the floor and didn't miss a beat. VERY excited to see him back!
By the way...The score of this game was 68-64. Have NO CLUE why I posted 64-60...lol. So if MOD could fix it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
