The law is called defamation. The fact is you can't just go around stating or publishing false information about people. Since you are helping out with that N. Ky sports blog, you may want to do a little googling of defamation, libel and slander. Good info to know.

Not that I think any thing is going to happen legally because of this thread. It won't. Not sure any thing here is quite actionable, but even if it was, the Bardos are that type of people. jbwill's point was that people should not speculate on what they think may happen and unless they heard if from John or Carolyn and were given permission by them to post it on here, they should keep the information to themselves. If you're concerned about Will, pick up the phone and call John.
