How does Paintsville have a better location. Both lie right on US23 with the exact same access roads to Lexington and the population is approximately the same. Explain the difference in demographics for all of us. Your not making the first bit of sense.:please:


The bottom line is that all of the towns that I mentioned since they became wet are now nothing more than the very same places that they have always been. If people want to go down the street to buy something to drink, just simply say that. Dont camoflague that desire by telling of all the new and exciting things that will be coming to town if they go wet. It sounds just as ridiculous as the campaign by the "anti" public urination in the street propoganda.

It also sounds ridiculous stating that crime and DUI rates go up due to the legalization of alcohol sales. It will be the same people drinking now as it was then and they will get it somewhere. It has never been illegal to drink alcohol in Paintsville. You just couldn't purchase it or drink it in public. Anyone can drink it in their own home or someone else's.
