It has nothing to do with a county board of ed. The bill would place the responsibility with the Kentucky Department of Education. You can go to the legislative web site to see it. I am not convinced that is the answer. I believe a good restructuring and replacement from the top down would be better. The KHSAA BOE needs more educators and their top administrators should be retired Principals, Etc. A requirement to work there in administration should be experience as a high school administrator. After all these people work in the trenches daily and if anyone at the KHSAA has any experience they have forgotten what it is like. Heck they tell me you can't even walk in that place without being buzzed through the electronic front doors with an appointment.

well not only should they be administrators i personally think they should have some background in athletics as well...i know Louis Stout was a good president in my opinion and he had alot of athletic experience and i think that should go a long way in who is in charge...
