Pretty well called game. Just made some costly penalties at the wrong time. Not at all what was expected. McCourt didn’t have the game I would have thought. Really contained him outside of a couple first down runs.  Music really carried the offense.  JC did try to throw the ball a few times.  Maybe too soon at the end.  Cov Cath’s offense never really got going.

McCourt not 100% tonight

Injuries seem to be a big problem over the past few years for JC. What is the issue?  It’s not all freak accidents. Is it their style of play?  If their physical style of play is causing their injuries then maybe they need to change some things up. Or are they just not coming into the season physically prepared?  Are they hitting the weights all season and doing things to help recovery?  If you can’t get through the season healthy then something is wrong.

They start early on weights.  They are doing the right things.  Physical style does take a toll. McCoart tweaked a hamstring.  We actually stayed pretty healthy this year as opposed to last. Just seemed to bit us at wrong time this year.  Cov Cath is well coached.  McCoart gets yards even when they snuff it out so that really hurt. Hats off to CC though.

They lost two defensive lineman due to injuries and I seen a host of shoulder braces on players. Didn’t look healthy.

Correct did lose two linemen. We lost six last year overall. Some of the guys wear braces for protection. Not sure about real injuries to shoulders.
