I honestly hope that JC is kinda the sleeper team in 4a this year  Smile  .  Gotta take care of business tonight.  Then we're likely on the road to Cub Catholic next week.  That'll be one of the more intriguing games in the state,  in round 2. Then the winner of that game will participate in the much speculated, debated,  and dreaded round 3 game vs Boyle.

I'm really hoping JC has dialed in their defense in the past two weeks.

Ashland has little to NO chance of being in the finals. Same for Corbin. The Ashland-Corbin winner in round 3(it will be at Corbin) will play at Boyle the following week. Ashland/Corbin will lose by 40+ to Boyle.
Is Boyle for sure who the winner of Ashland vs Corbin would face in round four?

Or would the winner of the Corbin and Boyle matchup play the 1 seed from the west? And Boyle play the 2 seed from west?

I guess what I'm asking is,  does the eastern team's play the western in the semi's? Or does the east play east and west play west in the semi's? Thus setting up a finals game with one team from the east and one from the west?

If I didn't make things more complicated here  Big Grin

That's what I meant to say at the start of the 2nd paragraph.  I messed up there,  couldn't find a way to correct it.
