I'm sure Matt Jones has nothing to do with it honestly other than his starting the original business and then selling the product which is smart. Really smart.  We used to listen to him at work while we were working outside, and no one around and we had plenty of good discussions about why we either agreed or disagreed about the topics.

As for the rankings in my opinion. Highlands is not on it and they should be a real contender in 5A this season. Southwestern is a team locally that should be on the bottom somewhere of the top 25. Then me personally, I don't know how you would rank a team like Ashland ahead of per say Johnson Central when Ashland has not beaten them just yet. Maybe this season but so far no cookies. But if JC was above them, then I wouldn't mind them being near the 25 spot. Then I think when I look at that top 10. Corbin got a real nice high ranking when they have just went through a new coaching change and graduated plenty. Like I stated already. I love opinions about how someone sees what they see. Thats good for debate. Then I'll say like Scott County. If they are as good as Big Daddy Bull is saying after he made sure to quote me like a whole page lol  Smile then they should be near that top 10 easy as I do think they are a threat in 5A but not sure anyone takes Bowling Green out in December. But you never know. So that's a few things I see immediately when I look at the rankings. Boyle is no doubt the top team or at least within that top 3. Trinity may be the best team this year overall. I still think Scott County will improve.  Big Grin Im just messing with you Big Daddy Bull. Don't break the quote button to blast me lol. I know you wasn't trying to disrespect me but I'll take all the information you can give lol.
Big Grin My Bad I did quote you a book, I was actually trying to delete some things, but I guess I was hitting wrong button. Not saying they are great, just threw me off when you said they are improving lol. Well, I guess they are kind of improving since they lost a whole 6A school 1800 students a couple of years ago.  I was very high on Highlands until I seen what Bowling Green did to Male, and Highlands just barely beat Male, and yes it was a scrimmage but BG demolished Male like 44-10 in 3Q.

For me I didn't go into details on why I said improving. Scott County no doubt has done very well as a program. I do remember when Clay County years ago when Shannon Arnett was coach went up to Scott County and beat them at their place. But Scott County was in a situation to where they had the talent available and made the most of it. The Great Crossing situation didn't help them any.

But where I do the pick em and sat and watched them last year play at Boyle, I knew how good Scott County was in the past but since I had been following 4A hard, I just remember when Franklin County went in and smacked them right out of the gate in 2021. Fri, Aug 20, 21 Franklin County at Great Crossing (Birds Nest Stadium) (L) 14 - 43   seeing them last year, I thought well, they are definitely improving from just the last few years not meaning anything negative but just of late. I knew they had beat Bowling Green but if I remember they also won that scrimmage last season. I mis say stuff all the time. I do think they will improve though...  Smile

Wow Bull I was at that game, SC started the season 0-3 if not mistaken. Finished like 10-3 and think lost to Male in the semi-finals- small world.
