Based on info from the KHSAA website (and some additional math to update their numbers), the following programs hold the most state titles:

1. Trinity - 27 (2023, most recent)
2. Highlands - 23 (2014)
3. Beechwood - 17 (2022)
4. Mayfield - 13 (2023)
4. St. X - 13 (2021)
6. Boyle County - 12 (2023)
7. Danville - 11 (2017)
8. Belfry - 8 (2021)
8. Bowling Green - 8 (2023)
8. Covington Catholic - 8 (2019)
8. Male - 8 (2018)
8. Pikeville - 8 (2023)

I fully acknowledge other teams have more overall wins than some of these programs, but everyone plays to win championships.  With that said, are these the top 12 programs in KY all-time?  If not, who would you add/remove and why?
