It makes a lot more sense to swap Todd Central & Crittenden Co, in my opinion.  Also, don't think Fort Knox makes a lot of sense in District H geographically but I don't have a better solution.

I can tell he doesn’t know where Beechwood is located! Carrol County, Owen County and Shawnee is all closer to Danville and LCA than Beechwood is! There is no way Beechwood goes past through schools to that district!

I think he knows where Beechwood is located. The Beechwood district he has all the teams are down I-75. The other one with Owen, Carroll,...are all down I-71.
Not saying I agree with his proposal, just that seems to be the logic behind it.
