Metro areas tend to get more votes (more papers) and and KCD is in a metro area. Also, KCD reached the finals last year and are one loss team so thats why i think they are pulling votes. I agree KCD should prob be 5-6, I honestly think Hazard is better then them to. Nothing like a running clock state semi final.
