This really didn’t even have to go to vote in my mind. I didn’t know the man but only heard great things about Coach Scroggins. He did so much for the kids in the area and I think he truly loved it and didn’t do it for the glory. If not for Coach Scroggins, a lot of kids could’ve potentially gone down the wrong roads. He will be missed and I’m glad to see him properly memorialized.
