I would agree with that. I wasn’t saying there shouldn’t be I’m just not sure what you could charge with. That would have went a long way with the lawsuit had there been some kind of police report. From what’s been said so far, if true, sounds like they didn’t like hearing from the dad and maybe even resented the kid for coming from a family with money if that’s the case. If making a kid walk half a mile in his underwear isn’t outside board standards then they need a new board. It’s like i said, i know there is two sides, but nothing will excuse making a kid walk in his underwear that far, and that should be easy to prove. If proven, there should firings handed out everywhere lol

There are going to be some very complicated and messy proceedings, but, honestly it's a pretty open and shut case. If you can prove it to be true, everybody (literally) involved should be gone. If it's found to be made up, then you'll get into some smaller stuff like the comments about the kids family situation, and should have been at Trinity. But, that's not really legal issues, just someone who doesn't have much tact.

Filing criminal charges definitely would help the case for the player, but I'm not sure it would be the deciding factor. This should be pretty easy to prove.
