[Rip/Spin]

I’ve got a lot of great memories as a player and a fan but this is the ones that are popping out right now. After losing in overtime to MC Napier their coach put his arm around me and said, “I wish I had 11 players like you.” Later that year we played #8 Adair County and Coach Peck (who I always thought was a prick until this) ran over to me as soon as the horn blowed and said, “You’re the best defensive player I’ve ever coached against.” We lost both those games, but that sure helped lessen the pain of the loss.
