Not sure about openly courting anybody. I dont have any inside information there. It is obvious to me that the way to be a consistent winner is to not follow the diagram that Rose Hill laid out when it comes to transfers. That only leads to a crash landing. The biggest problem Ashland sports has is in the development of the grade school kids. Basketball in particular will suffer a few years now and I attribute some of that to the the AYBL not allowing players to play in other leagues. This is something that I am familiar with. Just my thoughts. While I am sure it is not the sole reason, I cant help but think it doesnt contribute.

Not sure what you mean about not allowing them to play in other leagues. Could you elaborate?
