Bullitt East at Mercer County. Game is on Saturday. Thoughts?

Bullitt East is still my Cinderella story in 6A. I still consider that State Championship season a couple years ago my all-time favorite game I have watched. I would have bit my fingers eating popcorn after watching that one. I can't help but think about that when I think of Bullitt East. Lots of energy up that way. I know Mercer County is a solid team every year. Good luck to both teams this season.

Bullitt East should win this one but they are going to need the defense to take the lead while the offense gets their rythm.

Bullitt East should be the favorite. If Mercer can hang up front both ways I think they have the skill guys to keep it competitive. Mercer has about half the roster size of Bullitt East and that could be a factor with Mercer getting worn down going both ways. Will need to be low scoring for Mercer to stay in the game.
