These are some good ole 13th region teams that know each other. I like our local Mountain Football teams.

With 3 seniors and a brand new coaching staff, HC is going to through a rebuilding year. That said, they were impressive in their scrimmage game. I am always a Black Bear fan and supporter and wish them all the luck in the world!!!

Oh sweetheart, I don't have the first clue!! The new coach's father was an excellent quarterback in high school so if I see an increase in passing plays, I won't be surprised!!!

Wing T option. They showed up and they fought hard to beat leslie on friday but I don’t see the line carrying harlan county to more than 2-3 wins. You have to be about dominate up front to have success with the wing t, especially in 5A football.

I’ll have to see what middlesboro rolls out losing so many seniors but I think this might be one of the few HC wins, and i didn’t see that happening a month or two ago.

If Middlesboro takes care of the ball they will win a closely contested defensive game imo. Somewhere around 20-14 Middlesboro is what im expecting.

I could see 14-7 Middlesboro squeaking by. Line play for middlesboro is very weak

Our line is inexperienced. They're not weak, just inexperienced. I hope to see them get better every game!
I've known Coach French for many years, and I dread going up against him. He's a brilliant strategist and a great leader for the kids. Our coach is young and brand new at this level but I've never seen a more dedicated and hard working young man in my life!!

Should be a great game.
